Registration form: parent’s name, email and phone number; child’s name, age and skill level; camp selected. Newsletter: email address. During camps: photos and videos of participants, only with the written authorization of the legal guardian. We do not collect any data directly from children through this site: all information is provided by the parent or legal guardian.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

Managing registrations and organizing camps: performance of a contract. Responding to your requests: legitimate interest. Sending news and newsletters: your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link. Publishing photos and videos: explicit consent from the legal guardian.

4. RECIPIENTS

Your data is accessible only to the American Basketball Camp France team and our technical processors: Hostinger (hosting, servers within the European Union) and [email tool] for the newsletter. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

5. RETENTION PERIOD

Registration data: 3 years after the last camp participation, then archived only as required by legal obligations. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Photos and videos: for the duration of the authorization granted, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Photos and videos may be taken during camps for communication purposes (website, social media, camp materials). No image of a child is published without the prior written authorization of their legal guardian, collected at registration. You may withdraw this authorization at any time by writing to info@americanbasketballcamp.fr.
